"Growing up I always wanted to draw & paint for a living, I did A'Level Art in school & then went on to gain a Diploma in Art & Design at College.I had always loved the Pre-Raphaelite, Victorian era & some of my favourite artists include J.W Waterhouse, Lawrence Alma Tadema, John Everett Millais & William Holman Hunt. I also later discovered the beautiful works of Georgia O'Keefe, who inspired many of the pictures in my 'Spirit Of Nature' gallery.

Thanks to the internet I was able to discover a wealth of amazing new artists, including all my friends at the FAE Forum, who are a continuing source of inspiration & support, & modern fantasy artists such as John Howe, Brian Froud & Linda Ravenscroft.

After a number of years out of the art world, I have come back to re-discover my first love. I moved to Cornwall in 1996 & it has proved to be a big source of inspiration for my work. I now live happily by the sea with my Husband, & our silly but loveable Basset Hound!
